Constantinos grew up in Greece and graduated with a Master of Engineering (Civil) degree in 2003. On emigrating to New Zealand in 2017, he joined BBO as a Senior Water Resource Engineer.

Constantinos has extensive experience in three-waters management and design and has been involved in large complex projects both in Greece and New Zealand, that span the full spectrum of three-waters engineering. He has strong modelling skills and proficiency in the use of a variety of relevant software applications widely used in New Zealand.

Constantinos has worked on the stormwater design of Hamilton City Council’s largest-ever infrastructure project (Peacocke Strategic Transport), as well as the detailed stormwater design of Ring Road – Wairere Drive Extension, and Peacocke Whatukooruru Drive (also for Hamilton City Council). Other projects that Constantinos has been involved with are Takitimu Northern Link, Ruakura Superhub, Papamoa Eastern Interchange, Waitara to Bell Block Route Improvements, and Awaroa Stream Realignment.

Widely respected in his field by clients and colleagues, and proving to have an aptitude for leadership, Constantinos became manager of BBO’s Water Resource Engineering team in June 2020.
