The design of transportation projects is one of the team’s core services and includes the design of major state highway projects, local roads, land development road networks, and roading access for developments such as wind farms and quarries. Our talented team of engineers also service our land development projects

Embedded in our Infrastructure Engineering team, we have a dynamic group of project managers ready to support our clients. Our project managers specialise in project and design coordination and management, procurement, cost estimation, programming, and business case development.  

We also have an Operational Processes team with capabilities to support our clients to develop, implement, and improve operational systems and processes, achieve regulatory compliance, and develop evidence-based prioritised programmes of work. The team has extensive knowledge of transport funding policies, having worked closely with the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, and local road controlling authorities.
