Our services also extend to public policy development for councils and private clients through the preparation of plan change requests, notices of requirement, and structure plans.

Specific planning services provided by BBO include:

  • Resource Consents
  • Subdivision Consents

Planning is a creative interdisciplinary field. Our planners have a wide understanding of many technical disciplines and have established networks with engineers, surveyors, architects, ecologists, acoustic consultants, and landscape architects. We use our knowledge to challenge experts for the betterment of your project.

No matter the size or complexity of your project, as professional members of the New Zealand Planning Institute, BBO’s planning team will work with you to ensure a successful outcome.
